FantasyForge Studio LLC ("FantasyForge Studio," "Company," "we," "our," or "us") respects the privacy of individuals who access and use the SkyStories platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, transfer, protect, retain, and otherwise process information in connection with SkyStories, including our website, applications, subscriptions, artificial intelligence systems, customer support services, and related technologies (collectively, the "Service").

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

The information we collect depends upon the manner in which you interact with the Service. Certain information is provided directly by you, certain information is collected automatically through your use of the Service, and certain information may be received from third-party service providers that assist in the operation of the Service.

When you create an account, subscribe to a paid plan, interact with customer support, submit prompts, request story generation, participate in surveys, configure account preferences, or otherwise engage with the Service, we may collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be associated with you. Such information may include your email address, account identifiers, authentication credentials, subscription status, account preferences, communications with support personnel, and other information that you voluntarily provide.

The Service also processes prompts, instructions, story-generation requests, preferences, settings, and similar information submitted by users. These inputs are necessary to generate requested outputs and to provide the core functionality of the Service. We may additionally retain records of interactions with our systems where reasonably necessary to maintain service quality, investigate abuse, protect platform security, comply with legal obligations, or enforce our policies and agreements.

When you access or use the Service, certain technical information may be collected automatically. PHOTOGRAPHS, PROMPTS, AND AI PROCESSING

SkyStories allows users to submit photographs and prompts for purposes of generating fictional stories and related content. When a user submits a photograph, the image may be analyzed by artificial intelligence systems to identify visual elements, environmental characteristics, atmospheric conditions, objects, colors, patterns, or other information relevant to story generation.

The primary purpose of photograph processing is to convert visual information into descriptive data that can be utilized by the Service's artificial intelligence systems when generating stories. SkyStories is not intended to function as a permanent image-hosting platform, image-storage service, or photo archive.

Except where retention is reasonably necessary for security, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, legal compliance, backup operations, or other legitimate operational purposes, photographs submitted for story generation are generally processed and discarded after completion of the requested functionality. FantasyForge Studio does not maintain submitted photographs indefinitely as part of ordinary business operations.

Users should understand that prompts, instructions, story-generation requests, and generated outputs may be temporarily retained in system logs, databases, backup systems, moderation systems, security systems, or operational records where necessary to provide the Service, investigate technical issues, enforce policies, prevent abuse, protect users, or comply with legal obligations.

Because the Service relies upon artificial intelligence technologies, submitted information may be transmitted to and processed by authorized third-party service providers that support story generation, content processing, authentication, infrastructure management, security monitoring, analytics, and related operational functions. Such processing occurs subject to contractual safeguards and applicable legal requirements.

INFORMATION RECEIVED FROM THIRD PARTIES

FantasyForge Studio may receive information from third-party providers that support operation of the Service. For example, users may authenticate through Google Sign-In or other supported authentication providers. In such cases, we may receive certain account information associated with the authentication provider, including identifiers necessary to establish and maintain the user's account.

We may also receive transaction-related information from payment processors, including Stripe and other authorized payment providers. Such information may include subscription status, payment confirmations, billing identifiers, transaction history, refund information, and related metadata. FantasyForge Studio generally does not receive or store complete payment card numbers and instead relies upon payment providers to securely process payment transactions.

Additionally, certain functionality may rely upon third-party infrastructure, hosting providers, analytics providers, artificial intelligence providers, cloud-service providers, and technical vendors. These providers may supply operational information necessary to maintain security, performance, reliability, compliance, and functionality of the Service.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

FantasyForge Studio uses information collected through the Service for legitimate business, operational, legal, security, and service-delivery purposes. The specific manner in which information is used depends upon the nature of the information collected, the features utilized by the user, applicable legal requirements, and the operational needs of the Service.

Information may be used to establish and maintain user accounts, authenticate users, provide access to requested features, administer subscriptions, process payments, generate AI-assisted content, respond to support requests, communicate with users regarding their accounts, and otherwise deliver the functionality requested by users through the Service.

Users may opt out of certain marketing communications where required by applicable law; however, transactional and service-related communications may continue as necessary to administer accounts and provide the Service.

FantasyForge Studio may utilize analytics technologies to better understand how users interact with the Service, identify technical issues, measure performance, evaluate feature usage, and improve overall functionality.

Analytics information may include information relating to user interactions, navigation patterns, feature utilization, device characteristics, performance metrics, crash reports, session activity, and other operational information generated through use of the Service.

The Company may use analytics services provided by third-party vendors, including Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, and other service providers selected by FantasyForge Studio. GOOGLE, FIREBASE, AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

SkyStories utilizes services provided by Google, Firebase, and other authorized third-party vendors to support authentication, hosting, infrastructure management, security monitoring, analytics, content delivery, and related operational functions.

When users authenticate through Google Sign-In or other supported authentication services, FantasyForge Studio may receive limited account information necessary to establish and maintain user accounts. The specific information received is determined by the authentication provider, user permissions, and applicable technical configurations.

Firebase may be used to support database operations, user authentication, cloud hosting, security functions, application performance monitoring, analytics, logging, storage, and related technical infrastructure. Information processed through Firebase is subject to Google's applicable contractual commitments, security measures, and privacy practices.

The Service may also utilize authorized artificial intelligence providers, cloud-service providers, payment processors, monitoring services, security vendors, communications providers, customer-support systems, and other vendors necessary for operation of the Service. Such providers may receive information only to the extent reasonably necessary to perform services on behalf of FantasyForge Studio or as otherwise permitted by law.

FantasyForge Studio does not sell Personal Information to third parties for monetary compensation.

LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING

For individuals located in jurisdictions that require a legal basis for processing Personal Information, including the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and similar jurisdictions, FantasyForge Studio processes information pursuant to one or more recognized legal bases.

CALIFORNIA PRIVACY DISCLOSURES

For residents of California, FantasyForge Studio provides the following supplemental disclosures pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the "CPRA").

During the preceding twelve (12) months, FantasyForge Studio may have collected categories of information including identifiers, account information, subscription information, payment-related metadata, internet activity information, device information, communications data, customer-support information, user-generated prompts, generated content, and other information described throughout this Privacy Policy.

Such information is collected and processed for purposes including account administration, subscription management, service delivery, customer support, analytics, fraud prevention, legal compliance, platform security, business operations, and product improvement.

FantasyForge Studio does not sell Personal Information in exchange for monetary consideration. Furthermore, FantasyForge Studio does not knowingly sell or share Personal Information of individuals under sixteen (16) years of age.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy shall be interpreted as limiting any rights that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted under applicable law.

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

SkyStories is operated from the United States. As a result, Personal Information may be collected, stored, processed, accessed, transferred, or maintained within the United States or other jurisdictions in which FantasyForge Studio, its affiliates, contractors, service providers, infrastructure providers, or authorized vendors operate.

Privacy and data-protection laws in such jurisdictions may differ from those of a user's country of residence.

By accessing or using the Service, users acknowledge that their information may be transferred internationally and processed in jurisdictions outside their country of residence, subject to applicable legal safeguards.

Where required by law, FantasyForge Studio will implement appropriate measures intended to protect Personal Information transferred across national borders, including contractual safeguards, vendor assessments, security controls, and other legally recognized mechanisms.

DATA RETENTION

FantasyForge Studio retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and support legitimate business operations.

Account information may be retained for the duration of the user relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter where necessary for legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security investigations, auditing, recordkeeping, or other legitimate purposes.

Operational logs are generally retained for approximately ninety (90) days unless a longer retention period is necessary for security investigations, abuse-prevention activities, legal compliance, or operational requirements.

Backup systems are generally maintained on a rotating basis and may retain information for approximately thirty-five (35) days following deletion or modification.

Financial records, subscription records, billing records, tax documentation, and related transactional information may be retained for up to seven (7) years or such longer period as may be required by applicable accounting, auditing, tax, legal, or regulatory obligations.

Where information is no longer required for legitimate business, legal, or operational purposes, FantasyForge Studio will take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, de-identify, aggregate, or otherwise dispose of such information in accordance with applicable law and Company practices.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

SkyStories is not directed toward children under thirteen (13) years of age.

FantasyForge Studio does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under thirteen (13) years of age. If FantasyForge Studio becomes aware that information has been collected from a child under thirteen (13) years of age in a manner inconsistent with applicable law, reasonable steps will be taken to delete such information as soon as practicable.

Parents or legal guardians who believe that a child may have provided Personal Information in violation of this Privacy Policy may contact FantasyForge Studio using the contact information provided below.

Nothing contained herein shall limit FantasyForge Studio's ability to take actions reasonably necessary to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"), applicable state privacy laws, or other legal obligations relating to minors.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

FantasyForge Studio reserves the right to amend, modify, supplement, replace, or update this Privacy Policy at any time in order to reflect changes in legal requirements, business practices, technologies, operational needs, service offerings, security requirements, or other developments affecting the Service.

Updated versions of this Privacy Policy shall become effective upon publication unless otherwise specified.
